Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author executive briefings on disruptive trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate resilience)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor futurists and data scientists in trend analysis methodologies
- Present findings to investors, regulators, and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (3+ major forecasts)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend detection and simulation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025-2030 impact predictions
