Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify global mega-trends through 2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients adopting exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio funding breakthrough ventures in climate resilience
- Present at global forums including Davos and Web Summit as Horizon Insights' keynote futurist
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 validated case studies)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in emerging domains
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
