- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with market evolution
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Manage $20M+ annual innovation budget across 12 R&D verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published research on emerging tech impact (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
