Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, futuristic software systems that integrate advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and delivering innovative solutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
