- Produce quarterly futures intelligence briefings for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-focused initiatives on revenue growth
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products with 5+ year market viability
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 10+ professionals across multiple disciplines
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of long-term strategic visions
