Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for technological and societal evolution
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Oversee publication of the annual '2026 Horizon Report' series
- Mentor junior futurists and innovate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification
- Fluency in future modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
