Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and predict their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Roadmap Architecture: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 Technology Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Tech Stack Selection: Evaluate and integrate next-generation frameworks and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executives and investors.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Drive the development of PoCs for high-potential technologies to validate their viability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate future trends into long-term technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
