Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Author high-impact trend reports influencing C-suite decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish ethical guardrails for next-gen technological deployments
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts disrupting industry paradigms
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
