Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technology adoption across healthcare, climate, and infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural networks
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author whitepapers on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in transdisciplinary methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years leading technology foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or biotech policy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks or similar global impact models
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
