Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and scientists
- Forge industry partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech incubators
- Present future tech roadmaps to Fortune 100 executives and venture capitalists
- Drive innovation sprints for emerging technologies in Web4 and spatial computing
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disruptive experience
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing $3M+ innovation budgets from VCs or corporate entities
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Track record of launching products with 1M+ users or $50M+ ARR
- Fluency in technical Spanish or Mandarin for global partnerships
