The Role:
We are looking for a technical leader to oversee the core architecture of our flagship 2026 platform. You will guide a team of elite engineers and define the standards for scalability, security, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and AI specialists to deliver high-performance software.
- Design scalable microservices architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security compliance, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Conduct technical due diligence and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading high-performance engineering teams.
