Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or strong mathematical background.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
