Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
