Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy to ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and prepared for emerging technologies.
- System Design & Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of complex microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve system latency, throughput, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on designing robust solutions for complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
