Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for next-generation AI systems, with a specific focus on the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to implement complex algorithms at scale.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud architecture, edge computing, and quantum integration.
- Ensure compliance with global AI ethics and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
