Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures (Transformers, Diffusion Models) optimized for the computational constraints of 2026 hardware standards.
- Research Leadership: Lead the research strategy for AGI capabilities, publishing high-impact papers and securing patents for proprietary algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of model development, from data ingestion and training to deployment and edge-computing optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into production-grade software products.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior research role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, cuDNN).
- Theoretical Knowledge: Strong grasp of statistical learning theory, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with novel algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
