Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in the intersection of Quantum Computing and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Drive the optimization of model latency and inference accuracy using Rust and C++.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation within a high-performing data science team.
- Present research findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
