Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-interfaces, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of new technologies
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management (STM) preferred
