Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Design and implement novel algorithms capable of reasoning in dynamic, unpredictable environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI research into scalable production systems.
- Author and publish high-impact papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing on AI bias, safety, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or computational neuroscience.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed journals or top conferences.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Federated Learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
