Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI/Quantum hybrid solutions, aligning them with business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize data pipelines and computational workflows to leverage quantum hardware capabilities effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical bridge between R&D, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with demonstrated experience working with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or simulators.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Ability to anticipate future trends in AI and Quantum computing and apply them to current business challenges.
