Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, integrating Quantum algorithms with deep learning models.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural networks for quantum hardware environments, ensuring maximum efficiency and low-latency processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with international tech standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems in distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Language: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
