Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI integration, focusing on long-term sustainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for futuristic product features.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to predict and mitigate potential system risks.
- Oversee the technical mentorship of senior engineers and architects within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI and machine learning architecture.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
