Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI frameworks focused on emergent behaviors.
- Optimize model inference speeds to achieve sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
