Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex autonomous agent systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks using LLMs.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Build high-performance, low-latency inference engines tailored for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Drive the Technical Roadmap: Lead the engineering strategy for the 2026 roadmap, evaluating emerging AI technologies like Multimodal AI and Spatial Computing.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Spearhead the fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Product: Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences that redefine productivity.
- Ensure Compliance: Implement rigorous data governance and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are ethical and compliant.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Infrastructure: Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
