- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable engineering strategies.
- Risk & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is safe, transparent, and aligned with global regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum, AR/VR) and defining product roadmaps based on these trends.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
