Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of intelligence?
At OmniCorp Systems, we are not just building software for today; we are designing the foundational infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead the development of next-generation autonomous systems and advanced neural networks. If you thrive on solving complex, high-stakes problems and want to leave a permanent mark on the technological landscape, this is your stage.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, ethical, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous agents and predictive models.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning engineering capabilities with the company’s 2026 vision.
- Optimize Performance: Drive optimizations for inference speed, memory efficiency, and model accuracy in distributed computing environments.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Machine Learning, LLM fine-tuning) and prototype novel approaches.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Distributed Systems: Proven experience designing systems that handle high-throughput data streams and massive scale.
- Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
