Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Architect high-performance neural networks capable of real-time decision processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and latency reduction.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and explainability.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid algorithms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
