Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead Engineering: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and bias-free.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize models for efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role designing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Model Development: Proven track record of developing and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
