Responsibilities
- Design: Architect scalable, high-performance deep learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for AI infrastructure.
- Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development.
- Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical: Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
