Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core Neural Processing Unit (NPU) logic for the 2026 BCI ecosystem.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models capable of interpreting neural signals in real-time.
- Define the system's scalability strategy to handle high-bandwidth neural data streams.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the 2026 R&D division.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with emerging bioethics and safety standards.
- Prototype and validate prototypes of the 'Synapse' software stack in controlled environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Tensorflow/PyTorch frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance software systems.
- Experience with signal processing, time-series analysis, or bioinformatics is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
