Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 AI initiatives, focusing on scalability and AGI readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable product roadmaps.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or familiarity with quantum algorithms is a plus.
