Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen Neural Architectures specifically tailored for 2026 capabilities.
- Oversee the fine-tuning and alignment of large language models for enterprise-grade safety and efficiency.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate research breakthroughs into market-defining products.
- Define the technical strategy for transitioning legacy systems to modern, agentic AI frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models with high accuracy and low latency.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
