Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation neural network architectures for generative AI and quantum-classical hybrid applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating advanced Machine Learning models into real-time enterprise solutions.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept experiments to validate novel algorithms before production deployment.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and security) to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, latency optimization, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or strong theoretical understanding of quantum mechanics for AI.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
