Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures tailored for high-velocity environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on safety and interpretability.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance across the organization.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading AI engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
