Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and MLOps pipeline automation.
- Conduct technical mentoring and code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
