Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary Generative AI models for Project 2026, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, overseeing the migration to next-gen GPU clusters.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying models to production at scale.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges with a focus on agile methodologies.
