Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI models for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring zero-latency inference.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive the roadmap from conception to deployment.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines and hardware utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into innovative AI solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical strategy.
