- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and legal teams to ensure AI safety, compliance, and alignment with human values.
- Research Pioneering: Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source initiatives in the AI community.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and throughput to ensure sub-millisecond response times.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or robotics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Project 2026 Expertise: Demonstrated ability to work on long-term, high-complexity research projects with a focus on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) trajectories.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
