Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency AI inference.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists.
- Oversee the integration of novel transformer architectures and optimization techniques.
- Establish best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure system scalability and resilience under massive concurrent loads.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or C++.
- Strong experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
