Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural framework for Project 2026, focusing on large-scale distributed neural networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to drive technical vision and execution.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring to ensure real-time performance.
- Collaborate with security experts to embed robust adversarial defense mechanisms into AI models.
- Conduct rigorous research and development to stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and AI convergence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products from conception through to global deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
