Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI pipelines and Agentic Workflows for Project 2026.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in designing robust model evaluation and monitoring systems.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Define technical strategy and best practices for model security, interpretability, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools including LangChain, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech environment is highly preferred.
