As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance neural architectures that power our next-generation intelligent agents.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge deep learning models designed for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in the research and deployment of autonomous systems.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and accuracy, ensuring low-latency inference in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI implementation.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and research to stay ahead of the industry curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
