Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement high-performance neural networks and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead a high-caliber team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
