Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance the computational efficiency of our systems.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- R&D: Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms to maintain a competitive edge in the AI market.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex technical problems and design systems that scale to millions of users.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
