In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable production engineering. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Generative AI stack, from fine-tuning Large Language Models to deploying efficient inference engines.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM pipelines.
- Optimize model latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume production workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Establish robust MLOps and data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, GPT architectures, or Transformer models.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
