Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers in researching cutting-edge Neural Network architectures.
- Define the technical roadmap for Generative AI integration and ethical AI implementation.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards for all AI data pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
