Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for real-time decisioning systems.
- Lead research initiatives in Neuromorphic Computing and Reinforcement Learning to enhance autonomous agent capabilities.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for model interpretability, ethical AI, and data governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
