Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Generative AI into our core product suite.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure low-latency inference and high-efficiency training loops.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership and product managers.
- Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML initiatives.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategy to diverse audiences.
