Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technology landscape, including LLM integration and edge computing.
- Lead the architecture of high-availability systems, ensuring zero downtime and maximum throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security and data privacy.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Model fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
