Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems and deep learning models.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 Innovations' long-term goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases in AI models and ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
